We take privacy very seriously. All information posted in the CMH Library & Community by any member is to be considered strictly confidential. Any member found to be in violation of this trust will have any account immediately terminated, and future access will be denied. No prorated refunds will be given. Prohibited Activity & Restrictions
Behave in a charitable, appropriate, and legal manner at all times. Swearing, crude language, and the like (deemed such at our discretion) will be removed from any area of the website, including the online Library & Community. If you choose to use such language, you will be given one warning. Upon the second offense, you will have your membership revoked and future access denied. No prorated refunds will be given.
You are also specifically restricted from all of the following:

- selling, sublicensing and/or otherwise commercializing any Website material;
- publicly displaying and/or showing any Website material;

Terms of SalE
Subscriptions
When you sign up for a membership to the CMH Library & Community, you are agreeing to a recurring subscription on the cycle you select from any currently available offers, whether monthly, quarterly, annually, or another basis. You expressly acknowledge, agree, and authorize our secure, third-party payment processor to charge your provided payment method according to your subscription terms until you cancel it within your account membership area and also in writing, five business days before your scheduled charge date or until we discontinue providing the agreed-upon Services.
Cancelation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by canceling your subscription from within your account. If you do not cancel at least five business days prior to your scheduled charge date as listed in your account, your card may still be charged. Pricing
The subscription price at which you become a member of the CMH Library & Community is guaranteed to not increase while you have an active subscription. Should you cancel and rejoin at a future date, your subscription price will be the at the published price advertised at that time.
One-Time Purchases
If you make a One-Time Purchase of an item offered for sale on this website, your credit card will be charged according to the terms of our third-party payment processor. Any purchases of products digital in nature are non-refundable. This website also contains affiliate links and links to third party sites, which are recommendations for products and/or services. This website participates in the Amazon Services, LLC, Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to amazon.com. We also have a profile at Kit.co, to provide recommendations that also may include affiliate links. Purchases you make through affiliate links provide us with a small commission, at no additional cost to you. This small commission helps to support the costs associated with maintaining our website. Payment and Billing Information

If you are authorizing a recurring subscription charge, and the payment method is invalid in any way when a charge is attempted, your subscription and community access will be suspended until your payment is processed. Your access will be reinstated once the problem is resolved. Prorated refunds will not be granted for any suspension period.
